We're looking for a dynamic, self-starting professional to join us as our Head of Growth & Origination to lead the design and execution of our firm's outbound marketing and deal sourcing strategies.
Role Overview:
As the Head of Growth & Origination, your primary mission will be to build and continuously refine scalable, repeatable processes that drive our firm's deal flow. Leveraging technology, data analytics, and strategic marketing, you'll architect systems that proactively identify acquisition opportunities, establish valuable intermediary relationships, and engage prospective investors.
Core Responsibilities:
Deal Sourcing & Outreach:
- Develop, implement, and optimize targeted email, LinkedIn, and multi-channel marketing campaigns to identify acquisition targets and intermediaries.
- Conduct market segmentation and craft personalized outreach strategies tailored to founders, brokers, investment bankers, and advisors.
- Analyze, track, and report campaign performance and conversion metrics regularly.
Investor & LP Marketing:
- Collaborate on the creation of investor presentations, newsletters, quarterly updates, and fundraising materials.
- Manage investor outreach lists and execute targeted email campaigns to engage and expand the investor network.
Content & Brand Development:
- Generate compelling, high-quality marketing collateral including case studies, deal one-pagers, blog posts, and social media content.
- Maintain and enhance our firm’s website and LinkedIn presence, ensuring consistent alignment with brand standards and compliance.
- Coordinate webinars, events, and co-branded initiatives that strengthen brand positioning.
Analytics & Systems Management:
- Architect, manage, and enhance CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Leverage data analytics for continuous improvement of lead targeting, open rates, response rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, deal origination, or business development.
- Demonstrated ability in managing and scaling high-volume outbound marketing and sourcing campaigns.
- Technical proficiency with CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, Apollo), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience in web scraping, data enrichment, and API integrations using Python or similar scripting languages.
- Proven track record of successful channel experimentation, campaign budgeting, and ROI-focused growth strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at crafting strategic messaging.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Availability for a minimum of 6 hours overlap with U.S. Central Time working hours.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking, or financial services.
- Familiarity with financial statements and core business metrics.
- SEO/SEM experience at scale.
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup or reputable consulting firm (MBB preferred).
